"Nathaniel reached out to Athens looking for options when he was ready to buy a ring for Caroline. She had lots of ideas, and Nathaniel thought it would be worth a try to see what they could do with a custom rendering. They went into the shop together to check out what Athens had come up with. Robin was incredibly helpful and welcoming in their experience, but for Caroline, something about the rendering wasn't quite right. They wandered over to another case and it was right there!
